After the ward party we went to my cousin Andrea's house for lunch and more Easter fun. Her boys were busy with baseball in the morning as well as my other cousin Jeremy who's son had his first day of t-ball. While we were waiting for everyone to arrive, Jessica and I hid tons of eggs in the backyard for the kids to do another egg hunt. There were 11 kids altogether including Ella who was about 6 months old. There were tons of eggs but the kids found them so fast and they each got another bucket full. They were so excited. After the egg hunt we had hot dogs and salads for lunch and then made our way over to Aunt Carol-Lynn's house to dye eggs.

You would not believe the amount of eggs we dyed! I think altogether there were about 16 DOZEN hardboiled eggs to design, decorate and dye. My girls were so excited because they usually are lucky to get 4-6 eggs but they got at least a dozen each! The kids all had tons of fun and so did the adults!
Tia - check out the huge bowl of eggs beside her, and that wasn't even all of them!

When all the eggs were decorated we decided to follow a Selman family tradition and go egg rolling. I have done this every Easter since I can remember. It is very simple, we decorate our hardboiled eggs and then find a fairly steep hill to roll them down. We have races to see who's is the fastest or who's will last the longest. Everyone was excited to try it out so we loaded up into several vehicles and headed off in search of the perfect hill. At first the hill seemed a little too small and it had a fence at the bottom, but once we got going everyone had a blast. It even ended up in an egg fight. It was so fun! I'm sure it will end up being a new Beck family tradition too!
Ready, Set...
Are you sure that's an egg?
Bet you can't get us through the fence!
The fight begins!
Kaden - he should have picked on someone his own size!
We ended off the day eating dinner at Eatza Pizza. It's 'all you can eat' pizza with a games room/arcade for the kids. We were all tired but still managed to have lots more fun. Then it was time to get our worn out kids back to Jessica and Luke's house for bed!
Silly girls!
This pizza is so yummy!
